Comfortable, convenient and perfect for a family of 4 getaway! The place was exactly as described, was tremendously clean with added amenities to make your stay more convenient and comfortable. The beds and linens were very cozy and the black out shades made the sleeps even better! The added beach supplies were great and the in unit washer was a wonderful idea! Definitely walking distance to a beach but we drove 2mins away so we didn’t have to lug the beach supplies. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone visiting the area!!

This was a great place to land before our cruise. The apartment looks just like the pictures. Pool was a great option. Beds were comfortable with the exception of the pillows but I may just be a pillow snob 😂. A bit out of the way from the nightlife and restaurants in Cocoa Beach but we were happy to the quiet. The main beach is a 5-7 minute walk and some days we had it all to ourselves. Would absolutely recommend this place to others.
