- Please remember that the community is a family complex and must remain quiet without parties, events, or disturbances.
- No smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes are allowed on the premises or in the apartment. Violators will be fined $250. Additional damage will be charged to the guest as well.
- No weapons, no drugs, no alcohol, and no disruption are permitted on the premises.
- Each guest that exceeds the maximum capacity stated above will incur a $65 fine per day.
- If extensive cleaning is needed, guests will be subject to a $75 additional cleaning fee.
- Each unit includes one designated parking spot and there is additional guest parking that is first come first serve.
- The community includes a coin-operated laundry facility, gym, and vending machine, available for all guests 24/7.
- The pool, hammocks, sitting/lounging area, and BBQ area are free to use from dawn to dusk.
- Children must always be under adult supervision at all times.
- A maximum of 2 pets are allowed in the unit. Fees apply. Not permitted on beds, sofas, or furniture. Pet owners will be responsible for any damage caused by their pets. Pets must also be cleaned up afterward. Kennels are highly recommended. For reservations of more than 2 pets please contact us so we can discuss the case.
- Unauthorized pets are not allowed. Violators will be fined $250. Additional damage will be charged to the guest as well.
- Any additional accommodation can be provided if available. For example, Travel Cribs, Highchairs, etc.
- Visitors are allowed with prior host authorization. The guest is responsible that his visitors follow all house rules.
- Do not take any items outside the property. (Beach gadgets include).
- Most of all, have a great stay and enjoy the experience!

Thank you so much for allowing us to rent your beautiful condo! We had a wonderful stay and truly appreciated how comfortable and well-kept everything was. It was a last-minute trip to celebrate my son's 11th birthday, and it turned out to be a perfect getaway. There’s a Walmart and a Starbucks near by- driving distant. The place is secluded, but in a peaceful area. We hope to stay again in the future!
